Our Yin Team

  • Samantha Lee Doyle - Lead Teacher

Samantha Lee Doyle’s path into yoga is guided by quiet depth, intuitive wisdom, and a sincere devotion to inner balance. As a dedicated Yin Yoga teacher, she holds space with a calm, steady presence, inviting students to slow down, soften, and listen closely to the subtle language of their bodies. Her vibrant energy and adventurous spirit gently infuse her teaching, creating experiences that feel both grounding and expansive.

With over a thousand hours of teacher training and specialised study in Yin Yoga, Samantha has cultivated a rich and thoughtful understanding of the practice. Her approach is rooted in patience and presence, allowing each posture to become a doorway — an opportunity to explore the layers of sensation, emotion, and awareness that shape the human experience.

Deeply passionate about holistic well-being, Samantha views yoga as more than movement alone. For her, it is a pathway toward harmony — a way to reconnect body, mind, and breath. Through her guidance, students are encouraged to meet themselves with compassion, to honour their bodies, and to discover a sense of balance that extends far beyond the mat.

Her teaching offers a nurturing and restorative space, empowering others to slow down, turn inward, and cultivate a practice that supports them for life.

  • Kathryn O'Boyle - TCM

Meet Kathryn O’Boyle, a fully qualified acupuncturist based at Escapada Health Clinic in Dún Laoghaire and also runs a clinic from Portlaoise Holistic Centre. Before transitioning into Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kathryn spent over 12 years working in the pharmaceutical industry, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both conventional and holistic approaches to health.

Drawn to a more integrative way of supporting well-being, Kathryn retrained in acupuncture and now runs a clinic focused on Women’s Health, Emotional Support, Stress Management, Cosmetic Acupuncture, and Seasonal Wellness. Her treatments often incorporate essential oils, cupping, and lifestyle guidance to support long-lasting results.

Kathryn also holds a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification and is passionate about the grounding, nourishing benefits of yin yoga. In a fast-paced world, she believes this slower, meditative practice is something we all need more of to support our nervous systems and overall wellbeing.

Kathryn is passionate about making TCM accessible, practical, and inspiring. As part of the Yin Yoga Teacher Training, she will deliver the Traditional Chinese Medicine module, guiding students through the meridian system and energetic theory that underpins yin yoga.

Kathryn is a registered member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland, ensuring high standards of care and professional practice.

  • Sile Nolan Chakras and Sound Healing

Sile’s relationship with yoga began as a spark of curiosity that quickly grew into a lifelong devotion. Her journey first unfolded in London, where she completed her 200-hour Teacher Training in Power Vinyasa in 2016. What started as a practice of movement soon became something deeper — a pathway inward, guiding her toward connection, resilience, and self-discovery.

Driven by a love of learning and exploration, Sile spent six months travelling through Southeast Asia, immersing herself in new perspectives and deepening her understanding of yoga’s many traditions. Her path later led her to Rishikesh, where she completed an immersive 300-hour training, surrounded by the roots and rhythms of the practice. Returning home, an injury gently shifted her pace and introduced her to the quiet magic of Yin Yoga, inspiring further specialised study and a softer, more restorative approach.

Drawn to the subtle and energetic layers of the practice, Sile began exploring sound healing as a natural extension of her work. Now, she weaves together yin yoga, sound baths, and cacao ceremonies to create nurturing, holistic experiences that invite rest, reflection, and renewal. Through her teaching, she offers spaces where students can slow down, soften, and reconnect — cultivating balance, presence, and a deeper sense of harmony both on and off the mat.

  • Eimer Beardmore Yoga Teacher

    Eimer Beardmore Yoga Teacher

Eimear’s journey with yoga began gently and intuitively at just eight years old. From those early moments of curiosity and play, the practice quietly rooted itself in her life, growing alongside her through her teenage years as both a refuge and a source of strength. This enduring connection eventually led her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2012, marking the beginning of a path devoted not only to practice, but to sharing its wisdom with others.

She continued to deepen her studies in both Yin and Vinyasa, drawn to the balance of softness and flow. Holding a Master’s degree in Dance, Eimear brings a refined sensitivity to movement and an innate understanding of the body’s language into her teaching. Her classes are shaped by rhythm, creativity, and mindful awareness, weaving together strength, grace, and embodied expression.

Her commitment to the art and pedagogy of teaching is deeply informed by her work as both a primary school teacher and a yoga teacher trainer. Leading trainings at home and abroad, Eimear is passionate about guiding others into the practice, sharing the profound physical, emotional, and psychological benefits that yoga can offer. She holds space with care and clarity, nurturing confidence and curiosity in every student she meets.

In recent years, the psychological dimensions of yoga have moved to the forefront of her own journey. Her classes gently explore the intricate connection between mind and body, offering practices that are grounding, adaptable, and sustainable — nourishment for a lifelong relationship with yoga that feels both practical and deeply personal.

  • Fiona O'Callaghan Yoga Teacher

    Fiona O'Callaghan Yoga Teacher

It was love at first breath when Fiona stepped into her very first class in 2012. The moment her feet touched the mat, something quietly awakened within her. Movement and awareness began to intertwine, guiding her inward on a journey she hadn’t known she was searching for. What started as a simple practice soon blossomed into a deep remembering — a returning home to her body, her breath, and the quiet wisdom that lives within.

Fiona now teaches Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal Yoga, Himalayan Kriya and Meditation, Pranayama, and Pilates. Her classes are thoughtfully woven and intuitively guided, inspired by the rhythms of nature, the changing seasons, the healing principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the subtle language of energy moving through the body. She creates spaces that feel grounding, nourishing, and restorative — sanctuaries where students can soften, strengthen, and reconnect with themselves.

Along her path, Fiona has been fortunate to train with an inspiring circle of teachers — Lou Horgan, Sian Pascale, Sylvia Ferguson, Katie Coldrick, Casey King, Sophia Pallaro, Lee Tracey, and Kitty Maguire — each of whom has helped shape and deepen her understanding of the practice.

At the heart of her teaching is the intention to awaken prana — the life force within — and to gently guide others on a vibrant, embodied journey of self-exploration, healing, and inner radiance.

  • Joanne King — Yoga Teacher

    Joanne King Yoga Teacher

Joanne’s work is rooted in a deep love for embodied awareness — the quiet, powerful practice of coming home to ourselves through the wisdom of the body. From her very first experiences on the mat, yoga became a space of listening and remembering, a way to move gently inward and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with herself and the world around her.

With over twenty years of personal practice and fifteen years of teaching, Joanne brings a wealth of experience to her offerings. Her path has been shaped by extensive training across Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Womb Yoga — including pre- and post-natal — as well as restorative, yin, trauma-informed yoga, and somatics. This diverse foundation allows her to hold space with sensitivity and care, meeting each student exactly where they are.

Her teaching is intuitive, steady, and inclusive, guided by the belief that yoga is truly for every body. Classes weave together strength and softness, effort and ease, with thoughtful options to support all levels and abilities. Joanne honours the many teachers who have shaped her journey, while recognising that her greatest teacher is her young son, who reminds her each day to move through life with curiosity, compassion, and play.
